Nestled away in the beautiful Alpine region of Mt Buller - Yuki apartment dreamed of some TLC. Our clients wanted their winter apartment to feel like their second home - warm, cosy & considered, where there is a place for everything. Our clients, located on surf coast provided us with a few images to understand their design style, and from there entrusted us in creating a design language unique to their space.
We were engaged to design a new lighting plan, select fixtures & finishes. Along with the cabinetry design of the kitchen, living & dining room, bathrooms & master robe with integrated study desk. The joinery was thoughtfully designed with both function & aesthetics in mind. Whilst the introduction of curves was important to help the small spaces not feel overwhelmed.
Amidst one of Victoria’s very first lockdowns, Yuki was brought to life remotely via many a zoom meeting! Our clients’ patience and trust is what facilitated such a beautiful outcome for this project.
